Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between U.C.D Unlimited Consulting FZE and its clients.
Services
We provide consulting, career development, and training services. The exact scope of services is deﬁned in individual contracts.
Contract Conclusion 
A contract is concluded upon written conﬁrmation.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made within the speciﬁed deadlines. Late payments may be subject to reminder fees.
Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers have the right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days.
Liability 
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, where legally permissible.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. UAE law applies.
